U21 European Champion and Doubles Specialist

Karoline Mischek began playing table tennis at the age of 7 at Sparkasse Korneuburg. She subsequently won numerous Austrian championship titles. In autumn 2015, she joined Linz AG Froschberg after entering the military sports performance center. In 2019, she sensationally won gold in the women’s doubles at the U-21 European Championships alongside her Froschberg teammate Ho Tin-Tin. She graduated with an impressive GPA of 1.0. In October 2016, she began studying psychology in addition to her professional career. In 2021/22, Mischek led her team Linz AG Froschberg to victory in the first round of the Bundesliga. She also celebrated her first WTT victory alongside Robert Gardos, winning mixed doubles gold at the WTT Feeder in Düsseldorf in 2022. After hip surgery, she made her comeback at the 2022 European Championships in Munich, finishing ninth in the doubles (with Ho Tin-Tin/Eng). At the European Championships in Linz, the Stockerau player will compete in the doubles alongside Anastasia Sterner.
