The fair play sponsorship of win2day, the gaming site of Austrian Lotteries, continues to support the ÖTTV national teams and is also providing significant sponsorship for the European Championship summit in the TipsArena in Linz.
„The continuation of our joint path with win2day as main sponsor is a great thing for Austrian table tennis,“ says ÖTTV President Wolfgang Gotschke, who is hoping for big points from the home stars at the showdown in the Linz TipsArena after the stellar hour in Munich. „We won four medals in 2022, two of them gold, and won the nations‘ ranking. The benchmark is high, but I’m confident our players can do well again, especially as we’re playing at home.„
Georg Wawer, Managing Director of win2day, is also optimistic: „Our table tennis national teams caused a sensation at the last European Championships. With the Austrian Lotteries – and win2day – as Austria’s only licensed provider of online gambling, we are of course also supporting the European Championships at home. We are certain that our table tennis stars will win some medals in 2024 with the home crowd behind them.„

The LIEBHERR Table Tennis European Championships 2024 will be played in Linz from October 15-20.
